BNB's Volatility Just Got Switched Off

BNB just flipped from 'volatile' back to 'ranging' at $643. That's a full cycle in under 24 hours — trending → volatile → ranging. Our system flagged the trending move yesterday, but the volatility spike didn't sustain.
